Who we are

SponsoredStamp is a website run by an individual owner based in Singapore ("we", "us"). You can contact us at info@sponsoredstamp.com. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What SponsoredStamp is

SponsoredStamp shows employers that appear on official government records of visa sponsorship in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, and a likelihood score that estimates how often each employer sponsors. The records come from public government sources listed on our data sources page.

Not immigration advice, and no guarantee

• SponsoredStamp provides public information only. It is not immigration, legal or careers advice, and we are not immigration advisers.
• A listing or a score is not a guarantee that an employer will sponsor you, offer you a job, or that any visa will be granted. Employers decide who they hire, and governments decide every visa application.
• We never tell you whether you personally qualify for a visa. For advice about your own situation, speak to a registered immigration adviser in the country you want to work in.

Accuracy of the information

We copy the government records as published and update them regularly, but the records can contain errors, spelling differences or out-of-date entries, and our matching of records to employers can be wrong. Each page shows the source and date of its information. Always check important details with the employer or the official source before you act on them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government or by any employer listed.

The likelihood score

The score is our own estimate, worked out from public government data using the method described on the homepage. It is an opinion, not a fact about the employer, and it can change when new data is published.

Your account

You sign in with a link we email to you, so keep access to your email address private. One account is for one person.

Full access subscription

• Full access (likelihood scores, full sponsorship histories, every result and job, and job alerts) is a subscription. It costs $5 every 3 months in US dollars, or the local price shown at checkout, and renews automatically every 3 months until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time on your account page. You keep full access until the end of the 3-month period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which is the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase, so Paddle's buyer terms also apply. Paddle may add taxes required in your country.
• If we ever change the price, we will tell you by email before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
• Our refund policy explains how to get your money back.

Fair use

You may use SponsoredStamp for your own job search and research. You must not:

• copy, scrape or download the website's content in bulk, or use automated tools to collect it;
• resell or republish our pages, scores or matched data, or share paid access with other people;
• try to get around paid access or any security measure, or disrupt the website.

The underlying government data stays available from its original sources under their own licences.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the website as it is and as available. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or available. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the website, or for any loss that results, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore can hear any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections that the law of the country where you live gives you and that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, the new terms apply.
